We believe our best client is an informed one. Applicants are sometimes nervous and not sure about the best way to secure a loan. We like to take a lot of information up-front. We analyze the situation as quickly as possible and discuss all angles and alternatives with you.
We look for the compensating factors and place loans with lenders who will consider them. In some cases, we don’t have to rush an appraisal. Rather, we can go for a credit approval first. This saves you the appraisal money if we can’t get a commitment. Our goal is to get a commitment and have a happy client. Our staff has a lot of experience in financial and customer service.
